Silver Spurs has a long history in Delta County, and we want to give back to everyone who loves their horses. This is our 6th Annual “FUN” day of riding with some basic clinics to get your horse turned up and ready for the riding season.

YOUNG RIDERS ENCOURAGED!

All riders under 18 years old are required to wear helmets, and a current NEGATIVE COGGINS is required for all horses.

Jamie Novak

Jamie trains a variety of breeds but focuses on quarter horse and paint, her training is dressage based. She approaches training from an anatomical point of view, treating headsets, speed issues, and true movement as symptoms of a specific reason or source. In doing this, she has found it eliminates resistance and maximizes talent....whatever discipline. Jamie’s focus is passing on this knowledge to others that struggle w/frustrations she too once struggled with. Jamie’s hope is that she can help put into words and therefore apply the very things that trainers do instinctually. $25 per session.

Katie Sufak

Katie has been riding dressage for about 10 years. She earned her USDF Bronze Medal (3rd level) in 2013 on her Appaloosa Sport Horse, Yaquis Thunder. She is currently working weekly with USDF Gold Medalist, Orrie DeCaster and taking monthly lessons with USDF Gold medalist, Amanda Johnson to continue her goal to ride up through the levels. Katie's passion is dressage; however, she loves to help people become better riders as she uses dressage basics to help riders become more balanced, help their horses with relaxation & teach a rider how to use their complete body to better communicate with their equine partner. Jumping $30 per session, Dressage $35 per session
